Shift Supervisor, Facility
About The Position

We are at the forefront of manufacturing high-performance solar panels, inverters, and advanced energy storage solutions. This role supports the night shift maintenance and operation of the facility to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. It is an entry-to-mid level position that involves scheduling work orders, coordinating basic maintenance activities, and supporting safety and compliance programs. The Facility Supervisor I works closely with technicians and contractors under the guidance of senior leadership and requires factory facility expertise with HVAC and air compressors.
Requirements
- Must have factory facility expertise with HVAC and air compressors.
- 1–2 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or related field.
- Associate degree or technical diploma preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and vendors.
- Willingness to learn and grow into increasing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting of large industrial air compressors, water chillers, and cooling towers.
- Monitor facility operations, including HVAC, lighting, and building systems.
- Assist with industrial electrical systems and facility equipment.
- Support facility inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions.
- Maintain work orders and maintenance records.
- Assist with vendor coordination and facilities-related projects.
