About The Position
Ready to take the wheel as a leader in autonomous vehicle operations? We’re seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead our client’s Vehicle Operator team. You’ll work alongside operators, support vehicle software and hardware testing, and keep daily fleet operations safe, efficient, and on track.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of autonomous vehicle operator experience.
- An active AVT permit and excellent driving history.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to safety, operational efficiency, and team development.
Nice To Haves
- Previous instructor, team lead, or supervisory experience is a plus, along with two or more years in autonomous vehicle operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support Vehicle Operators during daily operations.
- Ensure teams follow safety procedures and meet performance standards.
- Coordinate schedules, complete shift documentation, and provide performance feedback.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and collaborate with fleet leadership.
- Lead by example, supporting assignments both inside and outside vehicles.
