About The Position
We are hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a team of Autonomous Vehicle Operators. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, daily vehicle operations, testing, and team performance.
Requirements
- 12+ months of autonomous vehicle operator experience
- Active AVT permit
- Excellent driving record
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Vehicle Operators
- Ensure safe vehicle testing and daily operations
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
- Coordinate schedules and shift activities
- Help troubleshoot operational and technical issues
- Work alongside the team as needed
