Requirements
- Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail, or food service preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Motivate, coach, and support crew members to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Manage staffing levels and delegate tasks effectively.
- Handle cash management and daily operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
