About The Position

This role involves the operation of all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory and completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The position requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, and reach/grasp with hands to use machines, tools, equipment, and work aids. It also requires tolerating exposure to varying temperatures and conditions inside and outside. On-the-job training will be provided for customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice. Strong customer service skills are necessary, including the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person. Delivery skills are also required, such as the ability to safely drive one's own vehicle, navigate roads and maps, and handle adverse terrain/stairs of delivery sites while carrying products. Essential skills include the ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide to make correct monetary change, with the potential use of a calculator.
