About The Position

This role involves operating all necessary equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage, preparing products, receiving and processing orders via phone and internet, conducting inventory counts, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The job requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, and reach/grasp with hands. It also involves tolerating varying temperatures and conditions both inside and outside. Training includes customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice. Essential skills include strong verbal and written communication for customer and co-worker interactions, safe driving of a personal vehicle, navigation of roads and maps, and the ability to handle adverse terrain and stairs while carrying products. Mathematical skills for accurate monetary change calculation are also necessary.

Requirements

Tolerate exposure to varying temperatures/conditions inside and outside
Comprehend and communicate verbally and written with customers/co-workers over the phone and in person
Ability to safely drive own vehicle
Ability to navigate roads/maps
Ability to navigate adverse terrain/stairs of delivery sites while carrying products
Ability to add/subtract/multiply/divide accurately to make correct monetary change (may use calculator)
