Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and supervising teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve individual and departmental objectives.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Coordinate schedules, assign work, and manage workloads to meet business demands.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Communicate organizational goals, updates, and expectations effectively to staff.
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
  • Must be willing and able to work weekends.
