About The Position
Cousins Subs is seeking a Shift Manager in Mukwonago to lead the team during a shift, keep store operations and service running smoothly, and support crew members. The role includes hands-on work in food preparation, cashiering, the sandwich line, and cleaning, as well as coaching and training employees. The Shift Manager helps ensure food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness, addresses minor issues, and contributes to a positive guest experience. Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
- Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
