About The Position

The Member Finance Representative (MFR) builds relationships with members and uses financial knowledge to educate them about overcoming barriers to their goals. The role assists members with account services, answers questions about products and services, resolves problems within the representative’s authority, and supports members in making informed decisions about their accounts and financial goals. The representative also interviews members, receives loan applications, and processes new loans. The position maintains accurate member account information and related records and reports. Saturday work is mandatory.

• Ability to foster sound relationships with outside companies and individuals.

• Ability to apply knowledge to educate and advise members.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Accuracy and ability to operate computers and related office equipment as necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet the listed physical requirements, including lifting a maximum of 50 pounds.
• Availability to work mandatory Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
