This role is for a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker) and provides full-time Team Members with a comprehensive benefits package and a structured career path. Positions offer competitive pay based on experience, with opportunities for quick increases and advancement, including a $.50 raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker after a 5-week paid training program, and leadership training programs leading to a Store Manager in Training position. As a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker), you will provide outstanding customer service, build solid relationships with customers, promote sales, and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items. This role offers career growth in a retail environment, allowing you to connect with the community and make a positive difference while leading and influencing Team Members through coaching and hands-on involvement. The Shift Manager is responsible for fostering a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that distinguishes EZPAWN from competitors.   • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
