About The Position

As a Shift Manager, you will ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction by overseeing restaurant operations and directing team members during assigned shifts. You will have full accountability for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present. Requirements

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
Ability to perform the following motions: Bending, Squatting, Twisting, Pulling, Reaching.

Responsibilities

Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
Assist management with training and coaching team members.
Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations, and financial results.
Work with the General and Assistant Manager to achieve high performance in areas such as Restaurant Operations, Guest Satisfaction, Customer Service, Speed of Service, Quality Control, Workplace Safety.
Utilize all systems and tools, including the Systems Board and RTI Task Lists.
Follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety, and operations policies.
Implement all accounting controls.
