We are hiring for a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker) to join our team. EZCORP offers full-time Team Members a comprehensive benefits package and a structured career path for skill enhancement. Our positions offer competitive pay based on experience with opportunities for quick pay and position increases. Completing the 5-week paid training program earns a $.50 raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker. Leadership skills can be enhanced through structured leadership training programs, and a Store Manager in Training position (12-week program) is available for those following the Career Path to run their own store. As a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker), you will provide outstanding customer service, build relationships, promote sales, and make deals for pawn items. This role offers career growth in a retail environment, allowing you to connect with the community and make a positive difference while leading and influencing Team Members through coaching and hands-on involvement. You are responsible for fostering a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that distinguishes EZPAWN from competitors.   • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

  • Sales background

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers
  • Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items
  • Lead and influence Team Members around you through coaching and hands-on involvement
  • Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that clearly sets EZPAWN apart from the competition
  • Process loans and extensions
  • Come to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned
  • Perform opening and closing store procedures
  • Supervise and coach store Team Members
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
