About The Position

The Shift Manager leads a team, keeps restaurant operations running smoothly, and helps deliver the Sonic guest experience. This is a third-shift role in a fun, fast-paced restaurant environment, with opportunities to grow into Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service, preferably quick service, or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, maneuver safely through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
