About The Position

KBP Brands is hiring a 3rd-shift Shift Manager for its Sonic Drive-In franchise. The Shift Manager leads a team, keeps restaurant operations running smoothly, and helps deliver the Sonic experience to guests. The role offers an opportunity to grow as a leader in a fast-paced environment, with a career path toward Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager positions.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service, preferably quick service, or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Quick-service food service supervisory experience is preferred.
