Requirements

Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead the Team: Coach and motivate team members, lead by example, conduct pre-shift huddles, recognize outstanding performance, and hold team members accountable with respect and consistency.
Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences: Ensure every guest feels welcomed and appreciated, resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, and create memorable dining experiences.
Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain food quality and food safety standards, manage labor efficiently, monitor ticket times and service speed, ensure restaurant cleanliness and organization, complete opening and closing procedures, and follow all company policies and procedures.
Develop Future Leaders: Train and mentor new team members, coach employees for success, identify future leaders, and help build a positive, high-performing culture.
