About The Position

This role is responsible for the administration of all beverage facilities, including payroll, policy enforcement, and record-keeping. The Shift Manager will also work with staff to ensure guest satisfaction and service, and may be assigned other duties as needed. This is a seasonal position.

Requirements

• Experience in beverage facility administration.
• Proficiency in payroll processing and forecasting.
• Ability to enforce policies and take disciplinary action.
• Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff meetings and upper management collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multi-project coordination.
• Flexibility to accommodate last-minute requests and changes.

Responsibilities

• Handles the administration of all beverage facilities.
• Completes payroll for the beverage employees, maintains data and handles payroll forecasting.
• Ensures the enforcement of policy.
• Maintains all records, reports and critiques concerning beverage services.
• Takes disciplinary and corrective action on Cocktail Servers when necessary.
• Meets with the staff on a weekly basis to reiterate policy and evaluate operations.
• Works with upper management to maximize guest satisfaction and service.
• Other Duties as assigned.
