About The Position

As a Shift Manager, you will lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, safety, and team performance. You will coach crew members, support fellow managers, and help create a positive work environment while achieving restaurant goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
