About The Position

The Shift Leader at Fresh Dining Concepts LLC plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment during assigned shifts. This position is responsible for ensuring that all team members perform their duties efficiently, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. The Shift Leader acts as a liaison between management and staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting the company's values and objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food service industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick, effective decisions
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
