About The Position
Five Guys is searching for high energy, enthusiastic, Shift Managers who are passionate about great food and excellent service. WE ARE GROWING, so we are looking for future leaders who are looking to grow in their career. As a Shift Manager, you will be the face of our restaurant and the leader in our kitchen. Our expectations are simple, we need to lead our team, so our customers receive perfect food, in perfectly clean restaurant with over-the-top customer service; if this isn't you, please do not apply.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide over-the-top customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Lead your team through actions, not just words
- Prepare food according to Five Guys standards and specifications.
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized during and after service.
- Accurately handle cash and process transactions responsibly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals and maintain a positive work environment.
