About The Position
Five Guys is searching for high energy, enthusiastic Shift Managers who are passionate about great food and excellent service. As a Shift Manager, you will be the face of our restaurant and the leader in our kitchen. The expectation is to lead the team so customers receive perfect food, in a perfectly clean restaurant with over-the-top customer service.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide over-the-top customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Lead your team through actions, not just words
- Prepare food according to Five Guys standards and specifications.
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized during and after service.
- Accurately handle cash and process transactions responsibly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals and maintain a positive work environment.
