About The Position

Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere. Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations. Ensures compliance with regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the New York State Gaming Commission regulations. Hires, trains and manages staff in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies and programs. Maintains high food, service and health and safety standards. Responds to guest and employee needs and resolves complaints and issues. Inspects food outlets and observes workers and patrons to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards. Controls labor and operating expenses. Schedules and directs staff in the performance of work assignments. Maintains high visibility during peak periods. Ensuring all Guests receive superior service. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
  • Must have two or more years related experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
