About The Position

The Shift Manager - Beverage FT is responsible for the administration of all beverage facilities, including payroll, policy enforcement, and record-keeping. This role involves meeting with staff weekly to discuss policy and operations, taking disciplinary action when necessary, and working with upper management to maximize guest satisfaction. The position operates in a diverse, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring multi-project coordination and flexibility to accommodate last-minute changes. This is a full-time position with a target salary of $45,000 annually. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and duties may change.

Requirements

• Experience in beverage facility administration.
• Proficiency in payroll processing and forecasting.
• Knowledge of policy enforcement.
• Ability to maintain records, reports, and critiques.
• Experience in taking disciplinary and corrective actions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for weekly staff meetings.
• Ability to work with upper management to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Must be able to work in a diverse, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be able to coordinate multiple projects and flex to accommodate last-minute requests and changes.

Responsibilities

• Handles the administration of all beverage facilities.
• Completes payroll for the beverage employees, maintains data and handles payroll forecasting.
• Ensures the enforcement of policy.
• Maintains all records, reports and critiques concerning beverage services.
• Takes disciplinary and corrective action on Cocktail Servers when necessary.
• Meets with the staff on a weekly basis to reiterate policy and evaluate operations.
• Works with upper management to maximize guest satisfaction and service.
• Other Duties as assigned.
