About The Position

The Shift Manager - Beverage FT is responsible for the administration of all beverage facilities, including payroll, policy enforcement, record-keeping, and staff management. This role works with upper management to maximize guest satisfaction and service in a diverse, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires multi-project coordination and the ability to adapt to last-minute changes. The position involves regular staff meetings to review policy and operations, and may include disciplinary actions. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Handles the administration of all beverage facilities.
• Completes payroll for the beverage employees, maintains data and handles payroll forecasting.
• Ensures the enforcement of policy.
• Maintains all records, reports and critiques concerning beverage services.
• Takes disciplinary and corrective action on Cocktail Servers when necessary.
• Meets with the staff on a weekly basis to reiterate policy and evaluate operations.
• Works with upper management to maximize guest satisfaction and service.
• Other Duties as assigned.
