About The Position

Owner/Operator Kevin Weaver has built a leadership team that believes in developing leaders from within. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead shifts while maintaining exceptional guest experiences
- Coach, encourage, and develop Team Members
- Help build a culture of accountability, hospitality, and excellence
- Learn the operational systems that drive a multi-million dollar restaurant
- Support food safety, quality, and operational standards
- Partner with leadership to develop future leaders and strengthen the team
