About The Position

As a Restaurant Shift Leader at Nation's Giant Hamburgers, you will be an essential part of the team, cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant. You will lead by example, managing your shift while motivating and guiding the team to success. You'll be the go-to person for addressing customer concerns, ensuring safety standards, and keeping track of time and breaks. Additionally, you’ll provide excellent training and support for new team members. This role involves handling restaurant orders, assisting with paperwork, and covering the manager's day off when needed.
