As a Restaurant Shift Leader at Nation's, you'll be an essential part of a team. In this role, you will be cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant and perform duties such as cashier, cook, food prep, and light janitorial tasks. You'll lead by example, managing your shift while motivating and guiding the team to success. You'll be the go-to person for addressing customer concerns, ensuring safety standards, and keeping track of time and breaks. Additionally, you’ll provide excellent training and support for new team members.
