About The Position
Supporting a renowned QSR brand, the Shift Leader role supports the day-to-day operations. This position works 20-35 hours a week and allows flexible scheduling. The brand's peak hours are during lunch & dinner, Thursday-Sunday. There are growth opportunities within 1-year of employment as the portfolio continues to grow. Candidates who need to relocate will be considered for this position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality is required.
- Able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Quick-service restaurant experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support a standard of excellence and assist in the team's development towards success.
- Assist with training new crew members.
- Assist with the implementation of sales programs to leverage business opportunities.
- Oversee daily operations to support labor budgets, food cost targets, guest surveys, and brand standards.
- Perform weekly and monthly administrative tasks such as: payroll, scheduling, product ordering, and inventory counts.
- Support and cover for General Manager, as needed.
