About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino's Pizza franchise, is seeking enthusiastic individuals for a Shift Leader position. This role offers opportunities for skill development and rapid growth within the organization, with limitless potential at Domino's. The Shift Leader is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. This position requires setting a strong example, adhering strictly to all policies and procedures, and ensuring the crew does the same. Key duties include creating schedules, ordering supplies, training new team members, and hiring. A profit-sharing bonus is available for General Managers based on cost control within set goals. Requirements

• At least 18 years or older.
• 1 year of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Judgment skills.
• Math skills.
• Must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Criminal Background check required.
