Responsibilities

• Responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example for the crew.
• Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and ensure the crew does the same.
• Manage scheduling.
• Order product.
• Train team members.
• Hire new team members.
