About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager in motivating the team and delivering a great guest experience. The Shift Leader helps set the team’s morale and tone, provides feedback and coaching to team members, and opens and closes the store with little to no supervision. The role also contributes to maintaining food and beverage quality and a safe, clean store environment. The position offers opportunities for career growth, including advancement to General Manager. Stores close at 2 p.m., and the posting states employees will not have to work past 3 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check where applicable under local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or be able to acquire a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training.
• A current, valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred; it is required only at specific locations, subject to Company driving qualifications.
