About The Position

Shift Leaders are not just a face in the crowd, you are part of our family. Shift Leaders must be able to perform all Crew position duties, and train and supervise Crew Members. Plan, organize and implement all daily operational routines and activities, monitor and maintain proper staffing level and labor costs, and open and close as needed. The Shift Leader will enforce and maintain all Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards, and ensure all customers receive service beyond their expectations. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Have a food handler’s permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting
• Possess basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Great attitude
• Open minded to learning new skills
• Customer service skills
• People skills
