About The Position

We are looking for individuals who will create a pleasant and welcoming restaurant environment for Guests and team members by treating others fairly and with respect, lead and coach your team to operational excellence by promoting open communication and accountability, prepare products according to Metro’s operation, quality and safety standards, and that the restaurant meets sanitation and cleanliness standards during your shift, and make decisions based on strong values & behaviors. Requirements

Have prior experience working in a quick service restaurant
Show enthusiasm for Team Metro and our Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins brands!
