About The Position
Our Shift Leaders are an essential component to our success by making a commitment to being a role model for exceptional Guest Service and developing a team driven by passion and strong values! Our shift leaders will be empowered to make decisions that enhance guest experiences and promote our company mission. We are looking for individuals who will create a pleasant and welcoming restaurant environment for Guests and team members by treating others fairly and with respect. They will lead and coach their team to operational excellence by promoting open communication and accountability, and prepare products according to Metro’s operation, quality and safety standards, and that the restaurant meets sanitation and cleanliness standards during your shift. Shift leaders will make decisions based on strong values & behaviors.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a quick service restaurant
- Show enthusiasm for Team Metro and our Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins brands!
