About The Position

This Shift Leader position is located inside of OU Children's Hospital. As a Shift Leader, you will supervise operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping America Run on Dunkin'.

Requirements

• Must be able to fluently speak/read english.
• Must be 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head.
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
