About The Position

WhiteWater Express is hiring a full-time Shift Leader to support daily car wash operations, oversee team members, assist customers, and help ensure the site runs safely and smoothly throughout each shift. This is an active, outdoor role rather than a desk job. Paid training is provided, and prior car wash experience is not required. The position offers opportunities for advancement, including into management; many managers started as Shift Leaders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Able to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
