About The Position

Chick-fil-A Exceeding Excellence (Huber Heights and Benchwood Rd) is seeking a motivated Shift Leader (Leader Support) to join their leadership team. This hands-on leadership position is designed for individuals seeking more than just a management job, serving as the first step in a long-term leadership career with Chick-fil-A. The role involves working alongside experienced leaders to learn all aspects of operating a multi-million dollar restaurant. Opportunities for growth into Assistant Director, Director, and Senior Director roles are available for those who demonstrate initiative, ownership, and leadership. Requirements

• Leadership experience preferred
• Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
