Requirements

  • Prior Shift Leader or supervisory experience
  • Completion (or ability to complete) Train-the-Trainer program within 90 days
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • High attention to detail with solid time management and organization
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Ability to follow company standards and all regulatory requirements
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs in a high-temperature environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to lead high-performing shifts and deliver great guest experiences
  • Oversee FOH & BOH team performance, fostering a fun, positive, and accountable culture
  • Train, coach, and onboard team members using Opus, LMS, and the 4-step training method
  • Recognize and reward top performance; address gaps with timely coaching
  • Execute daily operations, including checklists, line checks, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling
  • Monitor and improve guest experience metrics (NPS, OSAT)
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and local health regulations
  • Uphold service standards by modeling exceptional hospitality every shift
  • Manage labor, inventory, and food ordering to meet COGS targets and minimize loss
