About The Position
Bojangles @ Bluewater is hiring Shift Leaders for its locally owned and operated restaurant locations. Shift Leaders oversee their shifts and other aspects of restaurant operations, helping maintain service, operational, quality, and safety standards. Some roles may require successful completion of Bojangles University training to support skill development and operational standards. Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Leadership qualities, even without formal management experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age, although some positions specify age 16.
- Dependable and reliable, with the ability to work with a sense of urgency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cheerful, positive attitude and a passion for serving others.
- Ability to manage a team effectively.
- Some positions require restaurant management experience in the QSR industry, including P&L, food cost, and labor management.

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of employees.
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain Bojangles' quality and safety standards, including food safety and sanitation.
- Manage inventory, track waste, and reconcile sales and cash.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Address escalated guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Understand and uphold company policies and procedures.
