About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Leader to help lead restaurant operations during a shift. The role is responsible for what happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The Shift Leader sets an example for the crew and is expected to follow all company policies and procedures and ensure the crew does the same. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens during the assigned shift.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
