About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino's Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Leader to help lead store operations and team members during a shift. The role is responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls and customer relations. The Shift Leader is expected to set an example by following all policies and procedures and expecting the same from the crew. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills and grow within the organization.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens during the assigned shift.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Handle customer relations.
• Set an example for the crew by following all policies and procedures and expecting the crew to do the same.
