About The Position

Shift Leaders handle all the aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. We're searching for top candidates who are adaptable, self-motivated, and have a passion for customer service. Learn and sharpen your business skills as a Shift Leader by staffing your store, managing costs, and developing your team members, all while in a fun and energetic environment with the ability to multitask.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Willing to deliver when needed.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make the correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
  • Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
  • Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all products to Domino’s Pizza spec, including pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, and sides.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
  • Lift and rotate stock using FIFO.
  • Move soda from storage area to coolers.
  • Date all product.
  • Take and receive phone calls.
  • Take customer's orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows.
  • Perform carside delivery, bringing customers their food in all weather conditions.
  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitation, including sweeping and mopping, cleaning coolers (interior and exterior), taking out the trash, and washing dishes.
  • Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer.
  • Deliver flyers and door hangers.
  • Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying the product.
