About The Position

This role involves preparing all products to Domino’s Pizza specifications, including pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, and sides. It also includes stocking ingredients, customer interactions, and daily cleaning and sanitation tasks. Training and orientation are provided on the job.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Must be able to make the correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Ability to push trays on dollies (requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds)
• Ability to infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder
• Ability to stoop/bend forward at the waist continuously
• Ability to crouch/squat occasionally
• Ability to reach continuously (up, down, and forward, occasionally above 72 inches)
• Eye-hand coordination is essential
• Continuous use of hands during the day
• Frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping pizza dough
• Ability to manipulate a pizza peel and rolling cutter
• Frequent and/or forceful pinching for assembling cardboard pizza boxes
• Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes
• Talking and hearing on the telephone
• Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
• Depth perception
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces

Responsibilities

• Prepare all product to Domino’s Pizza spec including pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, and sides
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Lift and rotate stock using FIFO
• Move soda from storage area to coolers
• Date all product
• Take and receive phone calls
• Take customers orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows
• Perform carside delivery (Being able to bring the customers food out to the car in all weather conditions)
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation
• Sweep and mop
• Clean coolers interior and exterior
• Take out trash
• Wash dishes
