About The Position
Rise Up Restaurants, a large Wingstop franchisee, is seeking motivated leaders to grow with their expanding organization. They are hiring for both Shift Leader and Restaurant Supervisor roles. The Shift Leader position is ideal for those looking to build leadership skills, ensure smooth shifts, deliver excellent guest experiences, and learn restaurant operations. The Restaurant Supervisor role is for individuals comfortable taking the lead, working with the General Manager to drive daily success, and taking ownership of shifts. Both roles offer opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities
- Help lead the restaurant team
- Keep shifts running smoothly

- Lead, coach, and motivate your team
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Help train and develop new Team Members
- Manage cash-handling procedures and shift responsibilities
- Support inventory, product ordering, and food-cost controls
- Solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Help create a positive culture where people want to work
- Step in to lead restaurant operations when the General Manager isn't present
