Requirements

• Age Requirement: 16+ (for Team Member)
• Age Requirement: 18+ (for Shift Leader)

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality, fun experience for every customer.
• Prep, roll, bake, and serve world-famous pretzels.
• Greet guests, take accurate orders with a friendly attitude, and keep the energy high.
• Lead the restaurant’s operations whenever the General Manager or Assistant Manager is away, ensuring top-tier food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Monitor employee breaks, manage schedules, help train new team members, and ensure the shift runs flawlessly.
