About The Position
We are looking for a high-energy, people-loving Shift Leader/Key Holder to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success! You will be the right-hand hero to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors. This role requires the individual to be at least 18 years old and available to work 3-5 days, including nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Leadership or supervisory experience

Responsibilities
- Lead and support the scoop squad
- Deliver amazing customer service
- Manage shifts (opening or closing) and daily operations
- Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly
