About The Position
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient running of the store. This role involves leading by example to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, achieving sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder will also be responsible for essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with previous retail experience looking for their first supervisory role and a long-term career in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Store.
- Lead by example, modeling behaviors for the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Achieve all sales and customer service targets.
- Carry out essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
