This role is a launchpad to becoming an Assistant Café Manager — ideal for someone who’s ready to prove themselves, lead with vision, and grow into full management responsibility.

Requirements

• Proven reliability and initiative
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and productive in fast-paced environments.
• Desire to lead, learn, and grow within a high-performing culture.
• Prior café or hospitality experience preferred (barista experience a plus).
• Available early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (minimum 20 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations with confidence and composure.
• Drive team accountability through clear expectations and follow-through.
• Partner with your Café Manager to identify opportunities for improvement in workflow, efficiency, and service.
• Support training, communication, and consistency across the team.
• Maintain operational excellence: cleanliness, inventory accuracy, waste management, and equipment care.
• Troubleshoot real-time challenges with decisiveness and professionalism.
