Sbarro is seeking a motivated and dependable Shift Lead to help lead our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. In this role, you will support daily operations, guide team members, and help ensure every guest receives high-quality food and excellent service. Requirements

Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
Delegate tasks and help maintain productivity, teamwork, and positive morale
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally and quickly
Ensure all food items meet Sbarro standards for quality, taste, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout kitchen, prep, and dining areas
Follow and enforce food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Assist with opening, closing, and daily shift procedures
Support cash handling, register operations, and shift accountability
Assist with inventory, stocking, and minimizing food waste
Train and coach new and existing team members on company standards
Ensure kitchen equipment is operating properly and report any issues to management
Support management in achieving daily operational goals
