About The Position

Sud Stop Car Wash is looking for an energetic and dependable Shift Lead to join their team in Pembroke Park, FL. The company values teamwork, positivity, and great service. The Shift Lead will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, ensuring excellent customer service, training team members, handling customer feedback, monitoring daily operations, and promoting memberships and services to meet sales goals. The role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, on your feet, and moving around.

Requirements

Previous leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
Customer service and/or sales experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example
Reliable transportation
Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods of time
Weekend and holiday availability

Car wash experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift
Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation
Train and coach team members to uphold Sud Stop standards
Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed
Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site
Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals
Work outdoors in all weather (on your feet, moving around)
