About The Position
Shift Leads are one of the most influential team members within Costa Vida. Organizing shift schedules for team members Assigning duties to specific team members based on role and skills Training new and current team members on task Respond to guests and come up with creative solutions Adhering to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits Opening/Closing the restaurant Proficiency in other positions within the restaurant
Requirements
- Starting at $16.00/hr. plus TIPS
- Full Time or Part Time | Mornings and Evenings!
- We will work with your schedule!
Responsibilities
- Organizing shift schedules for team members
